Electric Ireland Superhomes is a joint venture between Tipperary Energy Agency and ESB (Electric Ireland) established in 2021. They are a One Stop Shop service looking after all the key stages of a home energy retrofit, from retrofit design, contractor selection, project completion and management of SEAI grant funding to bring homes to a minimum of a B2 BER standard. Their vision is ‘to empower their customers to achieve warmer, healthier, low-carbon homes’. Their fossil fuel free, renewable energy heat pump focused approach significantly reduces carbon emissions contributing to the overall achievement of Ireland’s national climate targets.
