10 Molesworth St is located on the corner of Molesworth Street and South Frederick Street and comprises of 115,000 sq ft of office space set over seven floors with extensive roof terraces and private gardens. The architects Henry J. Lyons and contractors Structuretone have combined contemporary design with attention to detail to produce an elegant building that is in keeping with the Georgian buildings that surround it.

With O’Connor Sutton Cronin as the LEED AP, this development has achieved the exacting LEED platinum standard. The emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency in the design of the building, underwritten by LEED accreditation, ensures that the building occupiers can minimise both operational costs and environmental impact. This approach also helps contribute to individual health and well-being.
