Join Healthy Homes Ireland for a discussion on Ireland’s preparations for its upcoming EU Presidency and the implementation of the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), with a particular focus on the opportunities and implications for delivering healthier, greener, and more affordable homes.

The event will explore Ireland’s progress in transposing the EPBD, including new requirements relating to indoor environmental quality, and examine how policy can support better housing outcomes for people and communities.

The programme will include expert insights and a panel discussion featuring leading voices from the built environment and civil society sectors, including:

  • Jeff Colley, IGBC #BuildingLife Ambassador, Editor of Passive House Plus, and Co-host of the Zero Ambitions Podcast
  • Clare O’Connor, Programme Coordinator for Heat at Friends of the Earth Ireland
