Park Developments and the Irish Green Building Council are delighted to invite you to a guided tour of Clay Farm EcoPark and Woodland Park at Glencairn, showcasing how existing nature can be protected and enhanced in new residential developments.

You’ll visit both sites in the company of the people who brought these projects to life – including ecologists, landscape designers, and project managers – for a first-hand look at their approach to biodiversity and heritage preservation.

EcoPark, Clay Farm
Located within the Clay Farm residential development in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, this 14-acre greenway connects Ballyogan Road to Cruagh Wood along the historic pale boundary. Part of the Dun-Laoghaire Rathdown County Green Infrastructure Corridor, the park features walking and cycling trails weaving through conservation areas.

A biodiversity enhancement plan supports native grasslands and existing habitats, allowing nature to regenerate and thrive. View on Google Maps
