1SJRQ is a riverside six storey office building that has achieved LEED platinum certification. Developed by Hibernia REIT, with Henry J Lyons and Meehan Green, 1SJRQ preserves its industrial heritage by retaining the facade of the original warehouse along with two industrial era buildings.
