Bridging the finance gap for Sustainable Energy Assets
Is a “common language” enough to solve the finance gap for Sustainable Energy Asset (SEA) projects?
The IGBC invites you to join the May’s Green Building Network meeting to learn more about finance currently available for sustainable energy asset projects, and the requirements of investors.
The discussion will start with a presentation from Caroline Milne of Joule Assets – Europe. Caroline will share her practical experience processing real projects and matching them to finance through the eQuad platform.
eQuad is a holistic online platform and set of services created by Joule Assets – Europe to bridge the gap between Sustainable Energy Asset (SEA) projects and financiers, hence catalysing market growth in Europe. Since its commercial launch in May 2018, over €160 million of SEA projects from 5 countries have been submitted to eQuad. eQuad was developed under SEAF H2020 (Sustainable Energy Asset Framework), a European Commission funded project led by Joule Assets Europe that ran from 2016 to 2018
