Alan Costello (Senior Scientist at Cork County Council) will share the scientific results after one year of monitoring the water quality, showcasing the effectiveness of these green infrastructures.
Tony Nagle (Executive Ecologist at Cork County Council) will highlight Cork County Council’s vision for biodiversity net gain, and Ruth Ring (Chairperson at Tidy Towns) and Hendrick Verwey (Chairperson at Tidy Towns) will demonstrate the power of community engagement, showcasing the impact of fostering a sense of place and civic stewardship.
