Online Webinar for World Green Building Week

The word multifamily is used to describe a way of living whereby people live in multiple separate housing units contained within one building or several blocks within one development. The tenants who occupy multifamily developments can avail of a whole host of on-site amenities including co-working spaces, cinemas, gyms and cafés. In the future, such developments could also provide increased access to communal sustainable forms of transport. In our ever-changing world, the need for a variety of housing types including higher density developments is becoming much more apparent and may become a component in solving our current housing crisis.

During this webinar, we are taking a closer look at this new way of living in Ireland to see how the experts are turning their vision into a reality and in doing so creating more sustainable communities.

Contributors to this session will include

  • Global Apartment Advisors – David Woodward
  • Niall Montgomery & Partners Landscape & Architecture – John Montgomery
  • Zipp Mobility – Charlie Gleeson
  • Lioncor – John Maxwell
  • Urban Agency Architects – Maxime Laroussi

This webinar has been curated by Lioncor in partnership with IGBC
