As the built environment sector works towards ambitious climate targets, increasing attention is being placed on the carbon impacts associated with construction processes and site activities.
This workshop will explore the importance of decarbonising construction site processes and introduce the DECAR-CON project, which focuses on assessing and reducing emissions linked to construction activities.
The session will also examine how the project’s methodology for assessing A4 (transport) and A5 (construction and installation) emissions aligns with the SEAI Global Warming Potential (GWP) Methodology.
