We are delighted to announce that SMET Building Products Ldt published their first EPD under the EPD Ireland programme, for Bound EPS ballasting (BEPS) floor insulation:
- baseTherm® Low Lambda
- baseTherm® 150
- baseTherm® 200
- baseTherm® 250
The intended use of the bound EPS ballasting is in domestic and commercial construction as a bound EPS ballasting floor insulation, providing the dual functions of insulation and a solid floor-bearing surface.
The EPD covers the Product (A1 – A3), Construction Process (A4 – A5), end of Life (C1 – C4), and benefits and loads beyond the system boundary (D).
