About the Event
As part of Women in Construction Week, IGBC is hosting an in-person, interactive session that brings together women and allies from across the construction value chain.
This event explores how day-to-day experiences on projects connect to the decisions made at leadership and organisational level. Through short personal stories and a facilitated interactive session, participants will share perspectives, identify challenges, and explore practical actions to support better gender balance across the industry.
This is not a traditional panel event. The session is designed to be energising, conversational, and focused on real experiences rather than presentations.
