Over the last few years, the property sector has experienced a booming interest in health and wellbeing in the workplace, and its link to productivity. This is partly due to emerging technologies that can boost employee efficiency. But it is also the result of a growing body of evidence which demonstrates that the design of an office impacts the health, wellbeing and productivity of its occupants.
Join us for this workshop and learn more about occupants’ needs, the WELL standard and tools to measure and improve the health and sustainability of your workplace.

About the Trainer
Richard Francis, Principal, The Monomoy Company
Richard leads the Monomoy Company and is an independent advisor who works with organizations around the world on leading-edge sustainability issues. Richard is on the Steering Committee of the WorldGBC, Better Places for People Campaign. He also chaired the Retail Task Group and International Retail Group of the WorldGBC, Better Places for People Campaign. He currently chairs the REVO, Sustainability & Community Engagement Committee. Richard also holds an appointment as Director of Sustainability at Gardiner & Theobald where he has led the global team since 2007.
