Free webinar on how to get HPI certified and qualify for the HBFI green funding product discount
Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI) offer a green funding product with discount of up to 0.5% on loans for residential developments certified with the Home Performance Index (HPI) certification. In order to qualify for this discounted product, all residential developments must reach a HPI certification standard.
The webinar will introduce the HBFI green funding product and address the practical implications of achieving HPI certification, what to watch out for, mandatory indicators and initial actions to take.
