CMEx – a digital platform to unlock the potential of excess construction materials and accelerate the transition to a circular economy
The Irish Green Building Council is pleased to announce the launch of the Construction Material Exchange (CMEx) Ireland which connects innovative organisations with excess construction materials and products for reuse.
CMEx is a digital platform for organisations to trade excess building materials or reusable waste materials from their projects and accelerate the transition to a circular economy. The 5 core organisations that joined as early adopters will showcase the platform and the developers, EME, will demonstrate how it works.

Construction Material Exchange as a pilot is to demonstrate the feasibility of a user-friendly materials exchange platform to reduce construction and building waste, and reuse materials and resources.
