DASBE (Digital Academy for the Sustainable Built Environment) is a hub for upskilling, capacity building and education in the construction sector. The Irish Green Building Council along with three other partners- Technological University of the Shannon, Atlantic Technological University and the Tipperary Energy Association have come together to develop programmes in Circular Economy, Energy Efficiency and Digitisation.
Please see below some of the programmes starting in September. Programmes partially subsidised by DASBE.
If you are responsible for staff development in your organisation and wish to discuss how IGBC and DASBE can support your upskilling programme, please complete the enquiry form here. DASBE Enquiry Form

DASBE provides a wide range of mostly short-term, flexible courses specifically designed to respond to both the industry and the individual’s needs.
There is a choice of over 70 programmes in the circular economy, digital skills and energy efficiency that teach the theoretical and practical skills needed to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions in any project.
DASBE courses are suitable for a wide range of professions. In addition, most courses integrate workshops, site visits, case studies and more. The mix of students, the practical work and the cooperation and communication put DASBE students in a unique position to learn from the lecturers as much as their peers.
