Etex Ireland limited is the new name of Tegral Building Products in Ireland. Etex, who are leading the way in terms of light weight, sustainable building materials and inspiring ways of living across the world, took a global decision to unite all their companies worldwide in 2020 in order to grow together with smart, sustainable, safe and beautiful materials.

In Ireland, Etex Ireland has four commercial brands, each focused on a specific sector.  With a passion for customer experience and a dedication to leading technologies and innovations, this allows them to better serve the needs of the customer today and tomorrow. They are incredibly proud of their ongoing and ever improving efforts in sustainable construction and are proud to be the first and currently only recipient of the ‘Excellent’ rating in the BES 6001 framework for sustainable sourcing.

They are based in Athy, Co. Kildare where their two factories operate to the highest standards and foster a strong environmental and health and safety awareness among their teams.  They invest resources into achieving tangible environmental progress through their ongoing environmental improvement programme, as part of the ISO 14001 standard. They are also fully committed to the maintenance of a healthy and safe environment for their employees, for their customers and the local communities in which they operate through their ongoing certification to the ISO 45001 safety management system.
