Mid West Lime

27th April 2020 by alice_igbc

Mid West Lime Ltd is a building restoration and conservation company. They carry out turn key refurbishments to traditional built structures and conservation work on ruins and monuments. They have two areas of specialty, historic plaster repair and replacement and historic stone repairs, replacement and repointing.

Mid West Lime act as the role of PSCS, Main Contractor or as nominated sub contractor. They have completed works on many well known historic structures both as main contractor and sub contractor. Their clients include the OPW, local county councils, many heritage groups and private individuals.

More recently, Mid West Lime’s work in the areas of thermal upgrading to traditional built structures has developed. They use natural sustainable breathable insulation materials. Their work often includes new build extensions to a historic structure where they try to maintain their ethos of using natural sustainable materials on these builds. Mid West Lime are now building their company as one which can provide a more sustainable, ecological and environmentally friendly solution to the current more mainstream options available within the construction sector for modern construction.
