Developing Residential Retrofitting as a Tool to Combat Energy Poverty
This report, developed by the Irish Green Building Council, makes a series of policy recommendations to the Government on how to better address energy poverty in Ireland through ambitious and targeted energy renovation programmes.
This report was commissioned by Friends of the Earth Ireland, as part of a programme coordinated by Ms Clare O’Connor and Mr Jerry Mac Evilly, with funding from the European Climate Foundation.
