Tour of Central Bank | Monday 25 Sept 4.30pm
This Henry J Lyons designed building was awarded a BREEAM Outstanding rating for its design stage. This is the first office development in Ireland to attain BREEAM’s highest available rating. Tour is for one hour and strictly limited to 20 people. Book here.

Twitter’s new headquarters owned by Hibernia REIT has been awarded LEED platinum for its recent fit out carried out by Flynn, KSN and OCSC. The fitout achieved a 37.5% reduction in building energy costs. Tour is for one hour and strictly limited to 20 people. Book here.

Tour of The Boiler House, Ballymun | Fri 29 Sept 1pm
The retrofit of the old Boilerhouse in Ballymun by Dublin City Council demonstrates excellence in building reuse and low carbon construction. The retrofit used recycled materials from the old boilerhouse and has energy and water systems designed to conserve resources. Light lunch served after tour. Book here.
