This a report on the Launch event for the Build Upon Project held on the 20th March 2015 in London in Arup’s offices. This event gathered together stakeholders from across Europe including representatives from Government, Green Building Councils, and industry to start the process of helping develop the 2nd version of the National renovation strategies for twelve European Countries.
