The course is aimed at all building construction workers whether they are operatives or crafts, to develop their awareness as to why energy efficiency is important and how to make sure that their own actions contribute to this ethos. It is important to understand the mind set of workers who, based on their years of experience, believe that they already know the ‘right way’ to do their job.
