Passivate is a Dublin-based low-energy building practice specialising in the design, build and project management of Passivhaus and low-energy buildings. With experience and in-depth knowledge of Passive House design methodology, they offer a wide variety of Passive services including Certified Passive House design, EnerPHit, Passive House Certification management, Thermal Bridging Analysis and Architectural service. Their design methods are continuously tested and verified using modelling software including the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP), DEAP and Psi-Therm, to optimise and guarantee building performance up to and beyond all relevant standards. Training services cover areas such as Passive House Design, PHPP Software and 2D & 3D Thermal Bridge Assessment.
