Building Environmental Assessment Methods for Ireland – Guidance Note

IGBC published this document as a follow up to Building Environmental Assessment Methods for Ireland- IGBC Exploratory study. This sets out conclusions from a one day charrette carried out on a major construction project at design stage, using expert assessors from BREEAM, LEED and DGNB. This allowed us to compare approaches using the full design team and make recommendations as to suitability of different systems for Ireland.
