This is the main assessment spreadsheet to be used to calculate and report performance. This is to be used in conjunction with the HPI_technical_Version_1.1_Jan_2018. Please note the colour coding applied to manual, and spreadsheet. Red, you must assess and meet minimum benchmark, orange; you must assess and green: voluntary.
Please note the the assessment spreadsheets contains macros which must be enabled. Please let us know if you have difficulty or encounter problems with the tools. We may update tools to correct bugs so check back for latest version.
