Training for LEED APs and BREEAM Assessors to become Certified HPI Assessors (€100 members/€150 non members*)

The Home Performance Index (HPI) is Ireland’s first national quality and sustainability assessment system for new housing. The HPI is based on five verifiable indicators: Environment, Economic, Health and Well being, Quality Assurance and Sustainable Location. The IGBC are currently building a pool of highly skilled HPI assessors.
If you are already a LEED AP or a BREEAM Assessor, we recognise your skills and training in 3rd party verification. We are currently offering a one day training for LEED APs and BREEAM Assessors to add to their skills profile and become a certified Home Performance Index Assessor.
Residential development will be the key growth area in the construction industry over the next five years. There will be considerable government investment, with quality and sustainability as one of the key requirements . A number of large PPP residential projects will be tendered this summer and developers are looking to get an edge on their competitors by including a 3rd party verified indicator of quality such as HPI.
Being a Certified HPI Assessor allows you to advise clients and submit assessments for HPI, Ireland’s first national quality and sustainability assessment system for new housing.
