Join us for a tour of Three Park Place, developed by Clancourt with Varming, Arup, Sisk and KSN, this office building over 9 storeys has achieved LEED platinum certification. Varming Consulting Engineers implemented BIM as part of their design process which enabled them to produce a dynamic simulation to evaluate the environmental impact of the development at planning stage.
