?

This is part of a series of talks for Green Building Week hosted by Irish Green Building Council members. EASCA (The Environmental and Sustainable Construction Association) will lead the discussion. Lunch is provided so  places are limited so RSVP to info@igbc.ie by Friday 16th September.

Deirdre Byrne presents the European FRESH project which is all about knowledge transfer between regions and identifying and sharing of best practice in  sustainable construction and planning. It is an Interreg IVC project, co-funded by the EU. This project is currently half completed and has already identified a number of best practice sustainable policies from around Europe that could inform development of policy here. Anybody with an interest is developing best practice around sustainable construction and planning should attend. This should lead on to a lively discussion on policy initiatives in Ireland.
